How long will my order take?

Please allow 5-7 business days for bespoke orders. I need time to source your chosen items and put your special order together, before sending the finished product your way.

If you've chosen a pre-made option, delivery will be between 3-5 business days.

What's the deal with refunds?

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, I will happily replace or refund the item as quickly as possible and at no extra cost to you. A photo of the item received must be emailed to [email protected]

I do not allow refunds for any change of minds.
